This scientific event marked the inauguration of the International Chair on Sovereign Europe (CILES) held by Professor Stefan Braum (University of Luxembourg) and the Centre de Documentation et de Recherches européennes (CDRE), directed by Ms Géraldine Bachoué-Pédrouzo. Bringing together the key players in this research, as well as leading figures, it took place on 13 and 14 March 2024, at UPPA‘s EEI College, on the Bayonne campus.
